Marvin is a bad person. Truly. It was so obvious throughout the show that he didn’t give a shit about her whatsoever. He saw the trip was coming to an end and knew he had to turn it around to make money. He’s a good actor. It was all a scheme and I felt it was SO obvious. You could see the pain and confusion on Cam’s face as he was struggling with his feelings and trying to change. Truly unfortunate that Marvin won.

the annoying part is that marvin was an asshole throughout the show and in the end he just turned into a good guy and decided he was in love with melinda. And in the end he won the award and dismissed melinda, while Cam (who really deserved it) didn't win. Chloe always seemed genuine, no matter what, but I still really liked Melinda by the end of the season.
