When I went to the fifth Dutch juggling convention (1995, in Nijmegen), doing a competent 5 balls would get people coming up to stare. It's good to see how far the community has come. IIRC it was $30 for the weekend, including gym space for one's sleeping bag, _and_ breakfast (buttered bread with chocolate sprinkles).

Breakfast and dinner is still included in the ticket price. It's a bit more than €30 though.

would be great beginner clubs. i learned with mr babache very small light clubs with a soft handle ( mostly because i had no clue what to get) making the switch was wierd but i learned so many more difficult tricks likes weaves and contact rolls with those clubs first.
