I seem to remember one of the Russian club sides beat a Premiership team (wasps I think). It was in Siberia and the temp was -20c. They were hammered in the rtn fixture.

@@neill392 Enisei-STM beat Newcastle Falcons in 2015 and Worcester Warriors in 2016, but it wasn't in Siberia. They were forced to play in Moscow or Sochi, thousands of kilometers away from their home ground in Krasnoyarsk.

I think remembering a match from 5 years ago is a triumph, remember that the premiership team's name began with W is worth a bonus point. I do recall watching the highlights, and the weather was certainly "siberian"!!!

As a New Zealander I enjoy watching all other countries playing rugby and getting better all the time. You can see the enjoyment and these players sacrifice a lot to play for their country, well done both teams and good luck in your future endeavours.

Scotland played Russia in the World cup and were pretty good. What makes it more fun though is my wife is Russian. In all seriousness though brilliant to see all these countries coming through. Shame we can't have a bigger pool of European teams, how's about a Rugby Euros?

Rugby is hopefully going to explode around the world. It's the best. They need to have The Rugby World Cup in these countries not France or UK.

Barefoot, the Dutch aren't interested in Rugby I'm afraid, it's a fringe sport, they are all about football. Of course with their natural physical size, if they ever did adopt Rugby properly, they could be a real force

It has been recently approved by World Rugby, mostly to prevent abrasion on artificial pitches.

World Rugby refereeing is a disgrace and has destroyed the Internationals .
