And with how ez this game becomes, is the exact reason why I use ENEMIES OF NIGHT CITY mod, along side RMKS damage scale, and make it so by level 60 Ill be dealing like 70% less damage lmao.

It was broken, and I mean, BROKEN at the high levels on the vanilla patched versions. Now, it's just the right type of Final Boss. Still.... active camo and self ICE make you Mr and Mrs Debug lol 😆 💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

You have to start the Phantom Liberty portion of the game, then download data from the Militech terminals placed around Dogtown to access the perks in the Relic tree.

The pacing of combat with a netrunner build really sucks because of the que system and overclock. Feels like you spend 98% of the game in a pause menu or running away when your health drops.
