I like to think that this music video is supposed to be a reflection of life in general; Monday through Friday -- week after week, month after month and year after year. I think the general message is that there are only so many ways and times that you can "speed" through a week and not get physically, emotionally and/or psychologically burnt out. The ironic thing is, we're ALL stuck in the same "time loop" that's depicted in the video, but everyone just "deals with it" in their own individualistic ways.

Fun fact: When Hospital Records signed Netsky they wanted him to release an album straight away, so they asked him to send in all his unreleased music. There was one track he was hesitant about sending, he said: "I don't want you to hear it because it's weird". They told him to send it anyway, so he did and what he sent was Iron Heart.

This is the track that brought me to dnb genre. Cannot be more thankful to my brother who had this track on his mp3. I was something like 10 years old and we were cycling in the near forest at our summer cottage and he had that small portable speaker and this track came on.
