I'll show you how to set up dunning level rules in your dunning procedure, essential for managing overdue payments. We'll start in the 'Setup' menu under 'Dunning', then 'Dunning Level Rules', where we create a new rule. I'll guide you through setting parameters like 'Days Overdue', choosing a currency, and defining minimum and maximum amounts for overdue balances.
We'll save these settings to apply them, ensuring you manage debt collection effectively. Remember, these rules must be set up directly in the user interface as other methods are not supported.
