Network poliy, define ingress(incoming) and egress(outcoming) traffic . Calico,cilium,weave are supported network providers.

Hi, Nice tutorial, I have one question that for each service do we need to create individual network policy yaml? For ex db db network policy, backend backend network policy etc?.

Thanks! You don't necessarily need to create a separate NetworkPolicy YAML for each service, but it's a common practice. It depends on your security requirements. You can create one NetworkPolicy that covers multiple services if they share the same rules, or individual policies for more granular control. It’s all about how you want to isolate and secure your traffic.
