I have a problem in hsrp, one rtr is down then second become active but if first rtr came up back then second rtr whis is currently active mode with lower priority does not change his state from active to stand by.. Please help

Use preempt feature of hsrp so that the router can claim the status of active.

Configuration errors is part of troubleshooting. Here's a scenario...your co-worker updates HSRP config but forgets to copy run start. The building loses power. When it restores your HSRP is no longer working. What are you going to do?
