What GPU do you currently own? Get used to DLSS/FSR and FG being used with all cards. A lot of new games are unoptimized. If you watched Linus' video testing the 5090 vs 4090 you would've saw that on the same settings, the 5090 was getting over double the frames as the 4090. Even if that is because of DLSS 4.0 and 4x FG, that's still a huge upgrade. Pure raster, 4090 maxed settings with path tracing in cyberpunk gets around 21 - 22fps (no DLSS or FG), the 5090 gets 30 - 33fps. That's an issue with path tracing and optimization, not the new cards. I have a feeling the 5080 will be sold out, the average consumer (and even a lot of experienced reviewers) won't be able to see any problems with DLSS 4.0 and FG 4x
