I thank god who gave you that ability to explain in full heart and passion and making things look so clear and easy for a really difficult subject. Thanks to Allah the most gracious and merciful and ask him to lead you and us to the right path.

Man, I wonder if this guy enjoys his job? ;) Seriously though, it's nice to see someone so enthusiastic about their work. It's rare, even in medicine. He literally breaks out into poetic language here ("we can see death, disease, we can see Satan...", seriously?). Neuroophthalmology truly is a fascinating field and intrinsically very interesting. I think the only reason more residents, especially ophthalmology-trained ones, don't go into it, is probably because of its reputation for not making a huge amount of money. But from what I understand, the money is OK, and you can have a very comfortable life and it definitely helps you if you want to have an interesting job while not having it completely consume you and to keep a good work/life balance. Not many fields can do all that. And as of the time I am writing this, it's in HUGE demand all over the country, so you can literally write your ticket to live any place you want, including even the most competitive big cities in the country, and in any setting you want (solo private practice, group private practice, academic setting, etc...). It's much harder to do that as a cataract surgeon or a retina specialist.

If only Dr.Lee made this video 6 years earlier , This field will definitely be also my passion. 🤓 But anyways, i always give thanks to the Almighty for the occupation that has given to me.
Chief complaint- a focused stem
