My husband was originally thought to have Horners but UCLA was able to rule this out and they are thinking ROSS. I have videos of the discoloration of his skin that shows the sweat pathway on the one side of his body. My husband does not sweat on his head or entire left side of his body causing the body to overheat. I would love for my husband to see you in person DR Lee as you are the first to explain everything so well and actually know what you’re talking about.

Why would anhidrosis in case of first order neuron pathology be confined only to the thoracocervical level of 2nd order neurons? I think it can be useful to think that the anhidrosis may descent all the way to the lower limbs, because we can observe a different distribution with preservation of leg sweating in case of preganglionic fibers pathology. Please tell me if my thinking is correct! Brilliant videos.
