Anterior nucleus cools the body (AC cools you). At 28:17 ma’am said “cOld = pOsterior” and by that she meant POSTERIOR NUCLEUS will get activated when there’s COLD OUTSIDE. So POSTERIOR nucleus is responsible for “Shivering” in order to make your body warm when it’s COLD outside. I’ll just stick to “AC COOLS YOU” And shivering is meant to generate heat, which means it’s heating you. i.e Posterior nucleus in play.
