Must know for the NCLEX facts for digoxin Digoxin has narrow therapeutic range levels in the body 0.5 to 2.0 mg /ml (less toxic) Educate patients should keep all appointments for digoxin level and electrolyte monitoring Assess apical pulse for 1 minute prior to admiration Visual change and halos appearing around objects is a sign toxicity
