Examples are PET, DTI, fNIRS, MRI, MRS, Animal lesions, DWI, hemodynamic methods, Pure insertion, fmri experiments design, SPECT, Causal methods like DBS, FUS, TMS (and variants of TMS), TCS and imaging genetics

What would cause the Presynaptic neuron to continue firing Neurotransmitters? Would this be in the case of severe trauma where the person experiences continuous stimuli from the central nervous system? Do you perhaps have a video on this?

Super video. Thank you. The impression of most so-called educated folks, including me(oops), was that humans had the intellectual advantage of extra-stimulated electrical activity due to the large number of neurons in the human brain(now est. at 86bil). You're video, here, shows this commonized opinion to be wrong. The real interesting phenomena behind neurons, is why in all mammals most neurons are in the limbic system section known as the cerebellum. And why do elephants have very great portion of neurons in the cerebellum, as compared with humans? It's not like they could wind up tipping over. They could drink a whole tank of scotch and they would still wind up on all fours[warning: please do not try this experiment at home]. According to Animal Husbandrist Temple Grandin an elephant never forgets. And with over 3x the number of total brain neurons compared with a human in an equally proportionally-sized brain[human brain at 1.5 lbs and the elephant brain at 4.5] one has to wonder if not only are Dolphins and Whales smarter than humans but are Elephants smarter than humans as well. I guess humans make too many assumptions!
