What a huge difference between the everyday Steve and the on-stage Steve. The music they play is fucking savage, raw, heavy and crushing, yet they are some of the most relaxed persons i've ever seen, off-stage.

Great interview. I first heard them and saw them live in 1994 and was hooked. Neurosis had always been a mind blowing experience by album and more importunately watching live.

In my humble opinion, the only thing better than actually listening to Neurosis is listening to them being interviewed. Amazing how intelligent and heartfelt these guys are about what they create. I am not even a musician but I would have to cite these guys as role models.
