If there's a heaven, I hope it's an eternal Neurosis show.

The drummer Jason Roeder is such a beast. I love how all his power comes from the lower arm and wrist - the rest of his body remains upright and immovable the rest of the time. Watch his torso - it never moves. Perfect spine posture. Discipline.

Most consistent and innovative "heavy" type band since Sabbath. But with zero rock star bullshit.

Living in Eastern Europe I saw them live exactly ONE single time and it kills me that I most probably never have the chance to see them live again.

I saw them in Madison at the beginning of this tour. They played a slightly longer set.It was the loudest and heaviest thing I've ever experienced in my life. This video does a Neurosis concert no justice. You have to see them live. I didn't feel right for 24 hours after the their set and I was completely sober.

I saw them headline a 1996 show promoting the new release of Through Silver In Blood. I STILL don't feel right.

Aaaaamazing footage, up to 11 on my system, its like being there! Also great to have the static camera, so many live dvds have been ruined by weird editing and too many camera movements...when the music & the band are awesome you dont need much more... One of the best live recordings here in youtube, thank you guys

This is AWESOME!!! Thanks for uploading. I'm from NZ so I imagine this will be the only way I see these guys live...:-( I was introduced to Neurosis by terrorizer magazine. They gave the album of through silver in blood high reviews so I had to check them out. Fortunately that was one of the most AWESOME albums I have ever heard!!! Jesus Christ!!! Are they fucking heavy??? Yes they fucking are!!! Terrorizer also turned me onto the band the Swans. That is just as fucking intense!!! In fact Jarboe teamed up with Neurosis in a side project!!! Awesome!!! Just to awesome for words really!!!

They stopped doing it after 'A Sun that Never Sets',...the Internet, Ipads and laptops where you can just turn on built-in 'visalizers' while listening to any music, it all has become visually sensory overfeed so they quit all of the interactive things they did before.
