I have a question for Kevin!! Next time you set up a Q&A can you set up the “notify” alarm? Please and thank you!! Great job with the questions as well as getting your dad to come out of his shell a bit more.

I wish I got to make the stream! Dr. you're probably the coolest and down to earth neurosurgeon I've ever seen. So glad someone like you is working in brains. Wondering though, are you a Christian?

This was a wonderful, relaxed Q and A. Very personable. I would love a chance to meet your wife and daughter and hear their perspectives on pros and cons of living with a neurosurgeon. :)

I see this is from a year ago..Im just seeing it. You may or may not see this..First, The openness in your video's are greatly appreciated. Ive learned some things I didn't realize I needed to know lol. My question is...what is grey matter on the left frontal lobe? A neurologist saw it and said hes not addressing it at that moment...???

How do we do this next time we are going to go live?
@jessjerz755 Жыл бұрын
@Doctor Hoeflinger So there has to be an option for those notifications your viewers can choose,I think I have it on now. Other than that, some channels will post a heads up ahead of time that they are going live the next day or even give a time range.

How do the two halves of the brain communicate. What would happen if they were separated
@doctorhoeflinger Жыл бұрын
Partly through a structure called the corpus callosum. If it were cut or separated, the two halves of the brain will have trouble communicating with each other as they normally would

Is there an area of the brain that is responsible for non traumatic injury. related blood pressure response and/or regulation that is specific to the brain or is a brain nervous system connection?
@mytube785 Жыл бұрын
Dr. Hoeflinger appears very approachable, very personable, so different than the stereotypical brain surgeon in the popular culture 😂 The stereotype of a US neurosurgeon is so confident that even appears to be very obnoxious and arrogant, so sharp that appears short of temper all the time :d
