Synapses must therefore contain mitochondria in order to synthesis atp for the the reputate pump to carry out active transport.

For a neurotransmitter such as noradrenaline to act efficiently (i.e. for post-synaptic effects to be exerted on a sub-second time-scale), the sympathetic synapse must possess mechanisms to rapidly "clear" noradenaline from the synaptic cleft. How is noradrenaline removed from the synaptic cleft? Outline some of the properties of the mechanism which allows it to rapidly decrease extracellular noradrenaline levels.

how does a build up of neurotransmitter lead to a decrease in communication with the target cell? point 2 thanks

The _meaning_ of a message is encoded in the frequency of the fire response. However, if there is a build up of neurotransmitters the message could be potentially lost. The best scenario I can think of is the following: Imagine you are rescuing short-hair Rapunzel. In these extreme circumstances you have decided to communicate through an archaic Morse code using homing pigeons as your signal. The problem is that even though you send the pigeons religiously on time, by pure chance some take longer than others. When this happens Rapunzel is unable to decipher the message because, for instance, she may see two pigeons arriving together (a message not registered in your code). After watching this video you realize that a possible solution may be to get some eagles that will bring back the pigeons that are taking too long so that you send better messages. Of course this parallel is far from good but hopefully it gives you a sense on how you can communicate through frequency and why build ups are potentially bad.
