Doctor, I am convinced I am suffering from this condition. Trigeminal nerve problems, C2/3/4 compromised from flying fighters, and now optical distortions and discomfort. Optometry is baffled.

After decades of glaucoma drops, developed dry eyes, more drops for that for years. Now diagnosed with NK, late stage surface damage. Will be starting the oxervate therapy for NK shortly. Have many questions about the administering ritual for using these drops, particularly the idea that you must use 6 syringes for each eye treated (both) out of an individual vial for each eye and said syringes must be thrown away after each dosing of ONE DROP per eye every 2 hours. Seems this wastes a vast amount of the stuff, even though the vial also must be thrown away after 12 hours of first use. Any clarification would be appreciated.

What kind of surgeons put in intrathecal pain pumps ?? My pain Dr is having a terrible time finding a surgeon who does them. We thought maybe a neuro surgeon but so far 4 have told me they only do stimulators not intrathecal pumps. It is to use with the pain med that comes from sea snails. I forget the name of it.
