Neutral Fall/Autumn Makeup Tutorial | ft. Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette

This is a makeup tutorial on a neutral brown smokey eye look that would suit EVERYBODY! It's also great for fall and winter because of the dark brown hues i used on my hooded eyes from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette. This look is simple, quick and easy to create so great for beginners and could be worn during everyday, or even a night out clubbing, party, prom, homecoming or any special event.
