As a 90s kid and an early 2000s kid i watched a monster movie called Tremors (1990) anyway the events of this monster movie takes place in a town called perfection valley Nevada where 14 people have to fight and survive against 4 giant man eating worms that are over 30 feet long and have snake tentacles that come out of there mouth and that's how they eat there prey by pulling there prey in and then bam it's victims are both crushed and chewed to death in there mouth and of course they have no eyes but they do hunt by sound and by sensing vibrations through the ground even footsteps that's how they hunt and they are also smart they never ever fall for the same trick twice even though everyone in this movie is smart as well:).

2 Questions--1) why do we need to list all officers, managers and members names, addresses and other personal info in our Articles of Organization paperwork, if filing in Nevada does not require the disclosure of members/managers identities? 2)--if we are wanting to start an llc as an umbrella operation to include multiple services like other conglomerates do (let's say i want to own a restaurant, open a gas station, start a clothing company and open a motel) how do i choose what the 'profession my llc practice' is?

Thank you for pointing these items out. We have corrected the video to update the disclosure requirements in regards to members and managers - it IS required, as you noted. Line 8 is for professional LLCs, i.e.. doctors, lawyers, etc.
