no it depends on the unit composition, and the micro involved. If 10 gates spilled out only zealots with 3/3 upgrades, and if the 15 hat spilled out only lurkers with no upgrades, the lurker army would still win

10:58 stork advances zealots in anticipation of an incoming lurker he couldnt yet see, hits it before it burrows and then storms for the kill. this saved his upgrading forge which in turn gave him an upgrade advantage which in turn may have won him the game. that my friends, is the definition of "gosu"

I was just giving an example of when 15 could beat 10 gate. Of course no one would produce pure zealots. Actually 15 hatch is very enormous production, and would totally outproduce 10 gate in any way possible. Just pure 3/3 hydras from those 15 hatch could beat pure 3/3/3 archons from 10 gates. 15 hatch = 45 hydras at one time

yeah stork is S class progamer with better army controls, as long as he move out the zerg dispersed.

shield battery to make archons much more powerful during that lurker contain. Robotics facility before you go templar. DT rush is too much a gamble vs a good zerg. it's better to wait til they leave their base and dt drop later
