Probably worth spending the 15 AP or so for corporate farmer’s heal. It’s ranged, cleanses, heals 7/8ish HP, and has infinite charges

Odd, you should go for the tier 3 arc throwers and MEC grenade launchers! You have them unlocked but haven't built any yet.

Cybernetics/Psionics check list to help you remember some things: - Cybernetics already has a lot of abilities from his skill tree, so taking similar gems is only for doubling limited abilities or skipping cooldowns (like Domination). Most notably, but not limited to: 1. Soulfire & Soulsteal (you had a Soulsteal gem equipped on this mission, which wasn't necessary) 2. Solace, which can also remove Mind Control from other units by moving next to them 3. Void Rift, Null Lance, Psi Reanimation, and some more that I can't think of right now - *Void Rift* only does initial damage, you won't take damage by moving your units into the "rift", unlike the Avatar ability *Dimensional Rift*, which does damage on cast and then again at the end of the turn No offense to your play style, you are still one of the best and most entertaining XCOM players I know. I find myself also forgetful at times, and it is extremely hard to remember all the abilities your soldiers and your enemies have with the amount there is, so I hope this is at least somewhat helpful. Added note: If civilians don't want to get hit, they shouldn't move into the ball of enemies.

The way you feel about chemthrowers is the way I feel about snipers on MECs. They are just so so clunky to use, and tying a character to 'fix' the clunkiness means you're getting a slightly better damage at the cost of 2 party slots instead of 1. Regular MEC cannons just seem superior in every way (especially if they can overdrive), they deal almost the same amount of damage as snipers and don't require reload/2 actions nonsense.

I've noticed that bug as well. Sometimes corpses of the requiem enemies aren't retrieved in missions where corpses are supposed to be retrieved. I went through two missions where I did not get the body of a Wayfare in one and I did not get the body of a Legate in the other. I don't know if it is determined by how you kill them or if there is a set drop rate but it feels like a bug to me.

Have you done Experimental Heavy Cannon Shells and Improved Heavy Cannon Shells in the Proving Grounds? I believe these special shells for the MEC heavy cannon have pretty large bonus damage effects, like armor pierce, knockback, explosive damage within 4 tiles even on a miss, etc.

I like the idea of a mostly blind Civ 7 playthrough - I was hardcore Civ in 5 and 6 but have not played in a couple years. Suggest waiting until it's gone through the teething stage of any new release. I'm not counting the days to Civ 7, but looking forward to checking it out when it's mostly stable.

F1 with is modlist. More importantly if you hover over the red triangles in the bottom left of the screen, you can reliability see how long your mind control/hack will last.
