Apologizing plays a critical role in healthy communication and relationships between people. It reflects people's capacity to admit their mistakes, understand others, and show empathy. It is an important tool for solving problems and overcoming communication barriers.
Apologizing when misbehaved is a clear expression of being aware of that mistake and taking responsibility for correcting it. This; while combining the skills of honesty, respect and self-criticism, it also creates an opportunity to repair and strengthen people's relationships.
