i saw you on twitch try some builds... Iceborn is good on paper you just need a bit more damage and this you will gain with black cleaver or seryldas... For Example a build: boots, Iceborn, black cleaver, something mr item, randuins, sterak's gage/spear of shojin... maybe that works... But brushier build looks maybe even better 4 damage with life items & maybe jack sho for double protection (mr and armor)

I think aery is for poke build, e max doran ring into hard matchups. Doran Shield is still norm Vs the rest but if you don't e max, probably fleet footwork is the best rune as it's winrate is the highest

Why try to go for stacks when doing so would kill you? A dead Nasus cannot get q stacks, remember that.
