I think that a bedroom in which the bed barely fits is not “good sized”, even if it has an ensuite bathroom. I know you are doing your best to present this property in the best possible light, but such comments degrade your credibility. I know this is slightly off topic, but psychologist Jordan Peterson advises that we should all strive to speak the truth, because not doing so will degrade our character over time, both in our internal view of ourselves and in the eyes of others.
