NEVER Cook With These 5 Things Again!!!
Health begins and ends in the kitchen. Most people are trying to do their best to be as healthy as possible but even some "health foods" are franken-foods today. They use shady advertising and tricky marketing in commercials and on the front of packaging to trick people. So in this video I'll give you 5 things to NEVER COOK WITH EVER AGAIN!

I stopped using a microwave in 2008 because it changes the molecular structure of the food. If you can't use tap water for cooking, then you shouldn't be using unfiltered water in your shower or bath either as the body absorbs the water through your skin which is the largest organ of the human body. Shower filters do help because I can smell the difference in the chlorine and can see the difference from the filter I use on my faucet. It's not easy to fight all the adversaries we face on a daily basis, but any little thing that you can incorporate towards the fight will help.

Been using coconut oil to cook just about my entire life. Grew up in the Caribbean using it for skin, hair and cooking. Love to see it making a 'comeback' after they tried to sell us that other garbage. Haven't used a microwave for YEARS. I use the traditional oven and the food even tastes better. Peace and Blessings Doc.

I've stopped using aluminum foil for the past 15 years. I've stopped using a microwave for 20 years. I've never warmed water in the microwave after reading an article about the reason why they were invented and the dangers of it. I don't eat out much aand if I go to any restaurant the first thing I ask is if they use soy products and what type of oil they use. If it's vegetable oil, I can't eat the food because vegetable oil contains soybeans and I stopped eating soy 15 years ago. Never like non stick pans. I try to use filtered water for cooking as much as possible.

Honestly avoiding these things will help someone be healthy and have more energy throughout there life but using them isn’t going to shorten their life span, our lives and deaths are written before we’re born. Divine destiny is real. No one is born or dies without Gods permission; when, where, and how someone dies is a part of their destiny. Period. Always remember God. Acknowledge Him in all your ways an he will make your path straight 🤍

In 1995 I started working for an air & water purification company called Equinox and tested the water in Northern Virginia. The water was so chlorinated that it was above the levels they say is safe to swim in. I stopped drinking from the tap immediately and went to filtered bottled water avoiding the Deer Park and Evian which spelled backwards is "Naive". Now I only drink alkaline or structured water. The vessel is like a rocketship so its very important that we consume rocket fuels so it performs at maximum capacity and capability.

I used almond and olive oil on my skin any thoughts. Surprisingly I actually cook with avocado and coconut oils.

67 y/o and I have never own a microwave. I also have not owned a tv for 10 year. That really baffles people when they find that I have no use for either of those items 😂😂

I stopped using a microwave about 12 years ago. I've always thought they aren't safe and I continue with my stove/oven. I'm a very patient person so waiting doesn't bother me.

Thank You so much!!!!! I use cast iron. Avocado oil is too rich or something . I use Coconut oil and EVOO, one that can be used at 450 to 500 heat. Help on that; what’s a good brand? I never use foil in the kitchen. I use the microwave maybe twice a month, but I am stopping today. I researched our local tap water and there are 30+ chemicals/ poisons, so about a year or so ago, I stopped using the tap for cooking. Thank You again.♥️🙏🏽
