I am a Builder by profession, I will likely not be available physically to manage the farm. 1. Can I have one on one access to you for guidance 2. Do you think it is possible to have a farm where you won't be physically present? ( I feel good management) like what you said in this video that you were not on present for two months and the farm is running well. 3. Can you recommend some books or places to get information about poultry farming, the farm design, brooding, feeding etc. Thank you.

Your so humble, so motivational,so honestly and have your heart full of love enough to guide ambitious people. I at a point were am experiencing the low budget in my kitchen while my pigs are lavish, I'm also getting discouraged as I had someone helping me because I had to leave them to do another project, at 3 months they were still on there mom look healthy but at baby stage at six months now they have improved and in my care for 2 months now,I think he didn't understand and tried well but was stuck in his belief of The way we feed pigs in the olden days, so I'm saying I appreciate his Work but suffering the consequences. If it was that I have a good breed I wouldn't keep them, but I don't want to loose this breed, what can I use to boost them,I was also considering a shop that's not doing well u encourage me in so many different areas love your drive,God will give you even more knowledge as you train us .God bless you.
