28:00 well explained about company registration. Im just created my opc company a 6 mnt before . I don't know complaince and inc 20 auditor appointment , capital requirements. No-Tax for Startup? No, startup need to pay tax. Only for certain period tax is exempted only for the eligible startups. If you are a eligible startup to get DPIIT certificate, then once receiving the DPIIT certificate you can go for Income tax exemption application in the DPIIT portal, if it approved you will get 3 years tax exemption benefit - first you will pay then you can take credit. In layman term only for 3 years you will get tax exemption. Valuation and Investor Reality Purely based on your product/services, scalability and exit plan for investors. Virtual CFO Really Needed? Its not mandatory, but Yes, for whom investments are done and for businesses whose turnover more than Rs. 3 crore.

As him why MCA delays company registration process for months. I have bad experience with Eauditor office where they took more than 2 months for company registration. It took only 1 month for offline auditor to register company. Don't ever pay money before company name gets registered

Hi Arrshath, thank you for your comments. Yes, during your company formation process, the MCA was migrating from version 2 to version 3. That's completely because of the names that you have proposed. Those challenges clearly communicated and promptly updated to you. We believe the names what you have proposed to us and your present name of your newly registered company is different. May be in future MCA will bring down to the registration process simple and in lesser days. Wishing you the best!

For LLP Registration minimum of 2 partners required. Following are the steps 1. Should share partners KYC documents and registered office details 2. Name reservation 3. DSC will be taken for partners 4. Signing documents preparation and roc documents preparation 5. Once documents are signed by partners, these will be attached with the roc documents and submitted 6. Once llp formation is approved, need to file the LLP deed within 30 days of LLP registration Entire process will take 4 - 7 weeks.
