Agreed! I was going to say what you did. I knew folks that asked me about my goals when they were getting to know me(from my husband’s circle of friends), they laughed and told me I’d never achieve these goals. I told them it may take a few years before I obtain these goals and what do ya know I achieved it on that time frame, but ended up with more too. These folks ended up moving away around each time I got one of the goals, embarrassment maybe or just convenient timing. These folks always ask my husband what I am up to these days, because I cut these nay sayers out of my life. So now his friends can only window shop, but don’t have the option to be around me as I achieve. Telling a Sagittarius they can’t achieve a goal or they’re not good enough is a powerful motivational tool to us! However, I never achieved because someone told me no, I did because I knew I could. There’s so many people who don’t know who they’re nor what they want in life, me I know who I am and what I want. I always wondered why they didn’t want to achieve for their own lives, then I realized they didn’t want to put in effort like I did. So they remained stagnant by choice and loudly complained about others... But they did want to try to stop others like me from achieving. So, I kicked these judgmental, jokers to the curb and continued going towards more goals. Shameful that when I mind my own business and live a happy life the haters come trolling... LOL..Oh well no probs!

Sagittarius' are also very competitive. If you challenge them to something, you're asking for your own defeat. Many don't realize that they're one of the wisest signs of the zodiac. Two of my closest friends are Sagittarians. They are both married and very committed to their wives, so no fear of commitment there. Personally I think they're lovely, amazing people. I'm an Aries, and I relate to them quite well. I know just where I stand with them, and I know they're genuine, so I feel safe with them. And they can always cheer me up with a good laugh, and some words of encouragement. Even an Aries can get discouraged from time to time, and at times like that, there is no better cheerleader than a Sagittarius. When it comes to relationships we get a BAD RAP!! I think most people misinterpret how we really feel about relationships. It is nearly impossible to CATCH a Sagittarius, so people assume it’s because we don’t like commitment. That is far from the truth. Here’s the truth, most people or at least many people they don’t even know what they want for lunch, much less who they want to date. Sagittarius always knows what they want for lunch, they know what the want to drive, wear, travel to & CERTAINLY they KNOW who they want to date & like 98% of all the other horoscopes, a TRUE Sagittarius will NEVER SETTLE for less than who they want to date, much less marry. In other words, if a Sagittarius has a list, & this list has 25 qualities her person has to have for her to be interested in this person, most people will settle if they get 5, or 10 checked of the list, not a Sagittarius, they have to literally BE THE LIST or she is not likely to be interested. Is not because we’re picky, it’s because we KNOW what we want & we have very high standards. If a Sagittarius is into you, THAT is the biggest compliment on planet earth because they’re attracted to excellence & they will not settle for less, PERIOD. So this is why it’s hard to tie down a Sagittarius. True story, I had two guys that I dated long term, they were extremely gorgeous & successful & I was engaged to one of them, for 10 years & never married him because I always knew I would never marry him. He was very dateable but I just couldn’t see myself married to him. Fast forward years later, I met a guy & 9 WEEKS later we were married & NO I was not pregnant. He is a person of faith, he stood out to me because he was different, kind, completely different to everyone I had dated before so we got married 9 WEEKS after we met. 15 years later life happened & we grew apart but I still respect him & admire who he is as a man & as a person! Today, years later, I met someone in a strange way, online, we have been “online dating” for a few years now & if he showed up tomorrow morning & asked me to marry him I would do it in a heartbeat 🫀💓 because I KNOW what I want. I have had hundreds of people through my life tell me, I don't know why I'm telling you this, I never told this to anyone, you make me comfortable and not judged... I also hear a few times a year, "repeat what you just said, because I needed to hear that." I also hear a few times a year, "Use smaller words." "I don't understand what _(random daily word i use)__ means?" and sadly "your vocabulary is impressive,it makes me feel dumb." To which I chipperly reply, I am always learning! And I love words ❤️ I started by learning and using three a day from a pocket word/dictionary for growing my vocabulary when I was 19, and just read the dictionary for fun sometimes as a kid, besides looking something up, it's a great learning tool! 😀 And then I also hear once every couple years, "You Saved my life, you're an angel." My bosses hate it that I can single handedly create my own thing alone and against them who have everyone on their side to make things done 😅 As a Sag, I hate being told what to do. I do it my own way, my way or the highway. I expect honesty as much as i am honest or blunt upon expressing myself or by communicating, I hate people who beat around the bush. I procrastinate a lot by the way but I make sure an hour before the end ends everything that I had set my mind for the day is done, one reason why I procrastinate a lot. I love to cook for my love ones, I mean I wanna be incharge of their health and nutrition too by cooking them meals that way I know what goes inside their body. I love movies. I love riding motorcycles too, I had a couple of before and planning to have one again. I love freedom.

I’m a Sagittarius as well. I love helping people, caring for my loved ones (usually emotionally), I’m not very efficient at getting things done (life long learning disabilities and health reasons) this being said I do try with almost everything I do. I love traveling I got to when I was younger such amazing experiences and opportunities! I don’t enjoy most lies, I do value honesty. Bear in mind the Sun Sign is only a part of the chart. I have a Sagittarius sun but a Taurus moon. Stable, loyal - still love to travel but absolutely can handle commitment. I'm a Sagittarius and honestly the thing I hate the most is when people see that I'm kind and impulsive and automatically assume because I hold this combo of traits I'm automatically stupid and naive... As an example people around me point out things in my environment that are extremely obvious to me, as if I don't know they exist. Another example would be people telling me facts and news they think that I'm not already aware of. The worst example of this is when I try to actually take the time to pursue something in life and someone else in my life is pursuing something of their own. They always try to point out every option I have in front of me in pursuing something even though I've already seen ALL of those opportunities at least 5 times over. And then I get to sit there and watch them be completely oblivious to all of the avenues that they have... Whenever anything like this happens to me I make sarcastic remarks for obvious reasons and then everybody thinks that I hate them and that I am rude, outspoken, and unfair...All I have to say to those people are is that Sagittarius more than deserves to be the most optimistic sign in the zodiac otherwise a lot more of us would end up like Ted Bundy.

I do not like to be told no, when I’m in a more energetic mood I don’t really like being told to calm down, I am really stubborn, I am loyal, I do not like to be controlled, I have a temper although when I’m mad I mostly refuse to do things and stay quiet but when I’m really mad I have gotten a bit violent but I don’t like getting to that point, I’m curious and a good researcher and I like to learn about things I’m interested in, and if I want peace and two people are arguing or fighting I will be blunt and tell them directly to stop. For example my aunt and mom were arguing about something and I obviously didn’t like that and wanted peace, so I just bluntly said, “Stop it you two.” And it worked because they weren’t expecting that and just looked at me in shock and stopped. I also hate being lied to.
