Don't worry and prepare for next year if you serious about iit jee

And if you are not serious then you can join bca + NIMCET preparation. After 12th in Impetus Gurukul and NIMCET exam may be best carrier choice if you have dreams in studying nits and this exam is also for nits so you can change your stream but you can get same thing like iits .so that's your choice
