This concept of survivor’s guilt shouldn’t be overlooked. I love how this show repeatedly shows the reoccurring concept of this guilt that tanjiro carries whilst trying to deal with it and overcoming it. He constantly apologies for everything and blames himself. The death of his family, rengoku’s death, inosuke’s fake death etc. he shouldn’t have to shoulder these responsibilities alone even if that’s what he feels as a lone survivor. The scene with nezuko and her dialogue really hit hard. Tanjiro is such a well written mc and is why he’s one of my favourite protagonists.

Even tho he kinda falls into the "Never give up" hopeful good guy protagonist, it's pretty interesting to see how weirdly different Deku and Tanjiro are despite being so similar. Deku feeling inferior and pathetic vs Tanjiro feeling guilty and feeling like he must make sure no one feels the pain he's felt! Pretty neat ass ways of writing a very bland type of character into a distinguishable one!

They never exactly explain techniques in this show but Tengen’s “Musical Score” is his ability to analyze his opponents attacks throughout a fight and break down the “rhythm” of their movement. In his head their movement appears to him like written music which lets him predict when he needs to dodge or block. The only downside is it takes a long time for him to “write the music” which is why he didn’t use it at the start of the fight. The musical score is the only reason he could still keep up with Gyutaro after losing his hand.

Don't forget, the Master said that this is the strongest generation of Hashira. Flame Hashira was able to hold his own for a while against an even stronger Moon Demon. And Sound Hashira can easily go toe to toe with the brother (while the sister is not even a challenge) but was weakened only cuz of the poison.

They are assigned on different regions to protect. One example is Giyuu being assigned to the mountains near Tanjiro's house, that's why he was able to meet them. Even if Uzui managed to send a crow for back up, not really sure if it would mean anything cause it'd be late now unless a hashira is near to the scene.

Ufotable has much better work conditions than most studios. Most of their stuff is in house, which includes their CGI and special effects team, which is also in the same building. They have their own downstairs cafe for the staff to and most importantly, they DONT take up many projects at once.
