Isn’t it essentially just 1 extra level of the spell? Depending on enemy tankiness, could be pretty high damage over the course of a long fight

Percentage based HP removal is OP, you are wrong.

@@krazed0451 we are talking about 15 dps against a target with 3k hp, that is basically nothing. If you somehow stand next to someone with 3k hp for 20 seconds that is 300dmg over that time, 225 after normal magic resistance. Compare that to the other talent option and it looks painfully bad

Wrong item wrong choice , u should have go lotus orb instead of shorud and put bkb earlier for what , just a dumb choice in this match
