Purple knees and empty fountains, the perfect weird warm winter day. Little diddly of some stuff I've been hammering on: really trying to get isolation play down with the hoop, as well as some angular shoulder hooping with inner wraps, arm extensions, as well as what a friend of mine dubbed "flebbing".
