In the kitchen you need 1) Cutting board (if you got it ignore it) 2) Garam Masala Box (mandatory , which has 6-8 cups inside for all spices) 3) many bottles/ steel boxes to store you pulses/ rice/atta... 4) Oil container 5) OTG oven (future not immediate) 6) Simple washing machine ( probably later) 7) Pooja samagri .. 8) ... Sorry to take the liberty..

my dear Julie sister, and Arjun....do not worry.. Induction works. Let me tell u what to do. I cooked in all kinds of induction for the past 10 years. Pigeon is a good brand for economical induction...prestige is even better. Actually these things only works for a year and half then starts to have problems...unless u buy something worth 3000/- and above, which u can keep using for 2-3 years and even more....so prestige is best i wud say. Mainly the timer setting is almost never used. all u have to do is, ON>press curry> thats it. u never use boil water or other much...milk setting is not for cooking. Jus becz milk pours out if cooked in normal settting, they have a special setting so that it stays warm and doesnt boil in that setting.....so milk settting wont cook. apart from curry setting, u can use fry settings, rarely if u r using any kind of induction tawa, to fry in oil.. bt dont use it i wud say. anothr setting is boiling water, u can rarely use for quickly boil liquid, bt if u cook food, it will be uncontrollably hot and burn. so for cooking just curry setting....also ur utensils wud be diiferent. u need one induction pressure cooker which has some structure under the cooker, and similar induction kadai, pan etc...its only sauce pan for tea can be used normally without induction saucepan. bt othr utensils shud be induction structured. also in curry setting u can cook anything except milk(would pour out), and roti or paratha...coz for that u need the fry option. thats it. best of luck ...

If induction cooker not start....one reason is you keep which "kadai" (vessel) is not induction friendly. Any induction cooker needs stainless steel bottom vessel. Either is aluminum kadai bt its become ss bottom. Ask for ss *flat* bottom vessel for your pigeon induction or any induction brand. Best way is you book for gas sylinder connection.

Well use Philips ,Bajaj and Havells they only have good induction cookers. They are good electronics company. Rest can't trust and quality is not that good I personally use Bajaj it's best .
