yoo, did you get inspired by koreans to use biped? I love biped so much and completly switched over from Maya a while ago. I have a question though, skinning part is actually pretty hard with biped. For example i have mesh thats fairly high poly, can i make the same mesh low poly using a remesher in blender and then use the skin wrap method to rig and control my high poly character? Did you ever follow a same workflow?

Skin in max its easy than mixamo now. Hi poly its not a problem and you can use skin wrap too. Max its on Top so take a look back. Im using biped long time ago but yes coreans knows what biped are.

@@Maxdesign3d whats the exacty method of using skinwrap to skin a high poly character? The way i described is right or wrong? So I basically duplicate the high poly mesh and lower the poly count with an addon, and then rig that low poly, then use skin wrap to transfer skin data to high poly.

@@gillik7801 just add modifier skinwrap to the mesh. max do the work. You will find some nice tutorials in youtube how to use. but its easy.

@@gillik7801 I mostly cases use the automatic skin voxel from skin modifier. If there is any issue then i paint . Some times you need to select but automatic work fine mostly cases .
