That’s because she had high interest in you. I’ve been on dates with women who had low interest and only said they didn’t kiss on the first date just because she didn’t want to kiss me at all. Edit: Who’s to say had you kissed her on the cheek that you would’ve been making out at some point anyway. You can really only assume that she would or wouldn’t have made out with you had you choose to kiss her on the cheek when she said she doesn’t kiss on the first date.

In April I was with a large group on zoom playing some social games, alot of cute women from different places. This sounds like the woman has psychological issues and narcissistic manipulation. The games aren't necessary. If you like someone, all of these hoops create unnecessary drama. I decided to approach the table and made sure the girl was okay, I told the guy to step back and not to ever put his hands on her again. Apparently he was wasted drunk. The girl said she was okay and her other girlfriend apologized for his actions. I came and sat next to my gf shortly after the incident. It surprised me that she & her friends were really upset at me for taking action and standing up for the girl that got abused in public. We ended up having a really bad argument driving back home that night. I tried to get her to understand that it was the right thing to do, however, she was still upset and held it against me. She told me I was stupid and could've gotten hurt or even worse. I understood where she was coming from, but I still stand my ground and felt like it was the correct thing to do. She still tells me I was wrong for doing what I did and that it was NOT our business. I then asked her, "what if you were in her shoes and that happened? Wouldn't you want someone to stand up for you?" Her response was, you have such a big ego..it's still not our business, and the girl knows what she had gotten herself into. I didn't want to keep arguing so I apologized to her and just moved on with our lives. Am I still wrong for doing what I did? Just curious on how most guys would've handled this.?

You were probably wrong. A few months ago I saw a video in which a guy stepped in to rescue a chick that was getting efd up by a dude. Long story short, our rescuer ended up dead. Shot dead by the same chick who he was trying to help. The guy in your story may have been drunk but he probably had his reasons or he may have been crazy. Doesn't really matter. She was there by choice.
