So once saw I think it was a Twilling zone episode about a group of people living in a far away land, that they never speak loud or make any noise because It wakes up a evil spirit that It will kill them if woke up. long story short, At the end they start singing because they al believe it was a lie for so many year, just for the last 1 minutes of the movie or episode been killed by a entity. this one looks like that.

imo obviously a psychological antagonist... at one point you can see what looks like one of the kids zombied out, and they would not spoil that if it were to really happen. i think they took bird box and said "what if we do this but just make it all in their heads"...

The Mom's dad went to the store and never came back, now she is crazy and makes the kids believe, and the rope symbolizes her hold on the kids. She actually is hiding from police as she took her kids and left after her husband wanted to leave her. And yes the Trichomes are cloudy and some just turned amber

Can we stop with the “Trailer Starts Now” BS, that is preceded by the trailer’s mini trailer? We’re not 12 years old. It adds zero, and just makes the whole experience feel dumb. I’m am less likely to see a movie because of this. My crystal ball shows two major twists: "Momma never lied to us" -> "Momma lied to us!" -> "Aw shit, momma didn't lie after all...arrgh". With maybe multiple mini-twists. But yes, the hands are something I've not seen before, nice. Also, "shamalamadingdong" is one word the world of cinema needed, to precisely describe a certain, let's say, genre.
