As a MW main with 2700 almost 2800 exp: -Keep renewing most up as often as possible, your rising kicks spread the hot -you do not need to do a full Chanel or essence font to gain teachings -spin to win on packs of 3+ to save mana, use tiger palm in between to gain black out stacks, while in your stomp, blackout hits multiple times giving you big healing -save revival/restoral for big packs for bursting -use sheiluns liberally, you gain clouds so quickly without even realizing -chiji is such a short cd you should use it almost every pack Just a few tips for this healer, it’s very strong

+ you can have jadefire stomp almost always aaand you can plan it out, it always resets if you use chi burst in it. there's a cool weakaura thingy that shows on the screen if you're in it or not (really helps with so much shit on the ground and you wanna be sure you're inside).

As a mw main, this physically hurt to watch, but was also rather entertaining. Everytime you went 'why does he have a hot on him?' 'how did that happen?' i found myself yelling the answer at the screen in the vain hope you'd hear me :D

My first Atal'dazar this season was a 15 or 16 I think, nobody was kicking Vol'kal's ability and I didn't even know it was an interruptible. The first time we wiped to it immediately because I was just totally caught off guard that it was doing that much damage. We managed to kill him, I just healed through it, but dang it was so hard and I was sitting there thinking "This must be impossible on a 20!"

In 4 or less targets you need to do a single target rotation of dmg with Ancient Teachings. So Rising Sun Kick > Tiger Palm x2 > Blackout Kick and repeat unless you get Rising Sun Kick resets. Just prioritise Rus Sun Kick. Also, try and use Expel Harm to heal yourself, it's pretty big heal on a 14s cooldown, bigger than a health stone, basically a lay on hands. With your 2 set, everyone with your initial heal of Renewing mist gets a 50% healing increase from your spells. Spinning Crane Kick I good in AoE, not in less than 4 to 5 targets. Your vivify is instant because of a talent in class tree. Every 10s it's free and instant. When you Zen Pulse a target in melee you want to have Enveloping Mist on them because it replicates the dmg it does. You don't use Zen Pulse as a healing spell, it's for AOE dmg. Renewing Mist jumps when it heals a full health target but you also have a talent called Rising Mist that puts out a new Renewing Mist when you Rising Sun Kick

Been doing this myself on a resto druid after tanking and dpsing all expansion. I can relate to the panic! I have found that many low keys are actually harder to heal than high keys because no one kicks, everyone stands in the bad and no one uses defensives. Good stuff.

That tank was doing you NO favors. His healing is pretty low and he wasn't interrupting the totem boss channel. I think you'll do great in healing after you get a few addons, plater, healbot, etc. Good luck!

about mouseover macros: you got the setting in options now by default in settings - combat - mouseover casting :) no macros needed anymore

I would recommend a class weakaura when you play new classes or just in general really, this way you know what is important to track etc. I use Afenar(others like Luxthos) weakauras for every class, albeit a bit modified, that way it works the same for every class so it's easier to jump around.

man that team was a braindead as they get...sorry for you to get such players on your first healer key. i think for a first time playing this you did pretty well it was just that no one was paying attention to kicks or totems. also no one ever kicked the poison boss when he did his aoe thats why you wiped over and over and over again. MW is the only healer i like playing every once in a while i think you should try it out more cause it can be really really fun and rewarding to play

Eh? Not true at all. He just didn't know how to play it. ReM on CD, RSK reset with BK, be in melee during ChiJi, he didn't understand half the kit. And he has no mousover heals!
