I love and miss you papa and grandma. I remember always hearing this song on radio as a kid when we would be on our car rides together listening to 105.1 K Poi & 105.9KINE😊Especially you grandma, you would sing this song and make up the words you didn’t know😂😂 I love you guys always. Forever in our hearts. Your great grandson is doing amazing by the way thanks to my village! Papa, I will do my best and try to be half of the man that you were and to dedicate my life to the rest of my family. Wish you guys were still here but I know you’re both finally at peace❤
I'm just an ole skool Philly boy but from the first time I heard this, it became a favorite for me. Tender voice, powerful lyrics, sweet harmony. Beautiful song! I think I'll listen to it another again.....

I'd like to run away from you, but if you never found me I would die I'd like to break the chains you put around me, but I know I never will You stay away and all I do is wonder why the hell I wait for you But when did common sense prevail for lovers when we know it never will Impossible to live with you But I know, I could never live without you For whatever you do I never, never, never want to be in love with anyone but you You never treat me like you should, so what's the good of loving as I do? Although you always laugh at love, nothing else would be good enough for you Impossible to live with you, but I know, I could never live without you For whatever you do I never, never, never want to be in love with anyone but you You make me laugh, you make me cry, you make me live, you make me die for you You make me sing, you make me sad, you make me glad, you make me mad for you I love you, hate you, love you, hate you But I'll want you 'til the world stops turning For whatever you do I never, never, never want to be in love with anyone but you I love you, hate you, love you, hate you But I'll want you 'til the world stops turning For whatever you do I never, never, never want to be in love with anyone but you I love you, hate you, love you, hate you, love you But I'll want you 'til the world stops turning For whatever you do I never, never, never want to be in love with anyone but yoU

I'm so glad that iI am still alive today at age: 65!! Two years ago,, Kilauea was erupting, and I was in Aloha Nursing &'Rehab Centre, in Kaneohe, I got better and went home. One year later, they wanted me to volunteer , so I did for about 8 months until COVID-19 kept me away from all of my friends and residents there. I long to go back there to volunteer, play Dominoes and color beautiful pictures with all of the ladies in waiting. I loved the arts & crafts that I learned there and could cooperate and associate and interact with everybody that I came in contact with there.

a Shirley Bassey (1970's) cover song, which I didn't know until now in 2017. this is probably a song that I once heard before at the old Violet's Grill (it is now closed), a bar in Kalihi (on Oahu county/Honolulu, Hawaii). my aunt(y) who loved to drink Stoli vodka with lime; liked to play the hanafuda (Japanese "flower cards") with her friends; swear, laugh, talk story with her friends (the bar patrons). My aunt and her friends loved to sing karaoke songs (like George Benson's (jazz) version of "Masquerade.") Yes, they had sold frozen (microwave) food; some of it had bugs in it. I tried their Okinawan food (shoyu pork) and miso soup for breakfast. I didn't care though. I had so much fun there ! It was a landmark place to me.
