Put this JT hand in wizard. 99 is checking basically never (2%) on the turn. What I'm so impressed with is how you came up with x/jam (after you're supposed to be checking 30%) there as it's done close to 100% with this hand. My gut feeling was saying it's bad because he should still have quite a bit of better hands, turns out to be wrong obviously... On the turn he's also supposed to bet KQ, 78s and JJ there close to 100%. How did you arrive to that conclusion with so many combos beating you?? I suppose theory says he is supposed to have a much weaker range than he actually had, but then you say his check back might be good... Is that just something you study or is it more of a logical insight? I'm very curious about this. Thanks for your videos Uri!

Hi Uri, what do you think of drilling against a GTO trainer in relation to broader sim study and/or playing? I fear GTO trainers may stunt exploitative instinct.

Uri, what stakes you usually play? Saw you on 1/2 rush&cash, 2/5, 5/10. Do you do private coaching?

In the top right corner of every table, next to the tilitng options, there is dropdown menu, where you can click sit out next big blind. Only change is that now you cannot select particular table, but have to sit out on all of them. Just wanted to let you know that sit out next BB is still available.. Happy grinding

Hey Uri, thank you for the content as always. I was wondering what the thought process was for the turn sizing with 8s7s at the 10:39 spot. Could that spot actually be mixing with a lower sizing and overbet sizing? Thanks

Not a lot of big hands but the Q6 v Q9 with/without a heart was really cool insight. Also not worrying about indifferent hands like that since that’s not where money is made is a good takeaway

Building a solid foundation and using reads/intuition rather than getting lost in theory was a good takeaway too. A lot of great advice!

Had to turn it off just after 1 minute... a triple mistake was too much. Q6o is an awful call, also vs min-raise. b120 is obviously a thing on that flop, probably close to best only size. Finally and worst of all, you make a dreadful fold on the flop. Sorry for the harsh criticism, but your poker seems way off lately.

I'm always happy to hear feedback about my play! I know I'm off with thresholds a bit but fairly sure those are all fairly close to 0ev decisions, so more "frequency mistake" than "fundamental mistake". You're definitely right about b120 being a thing.

@@shavuri Well, the two mistakes I pointed out (calling preflop and folding flop) are 'fundamental mistakes' and quite clear, that's the only reason I had to highlight them. It's probably just bad luck that they are consecutive and at the beginning of the video, so I'll keep watching and it'll surely get better.

Q8o clear fold under this rake structure. Q6o loses loads

That J10o play was so terrible im only 2 months into poker and im actually shocked to how you tried to even justify that all in lol, you only had to call his 8bb bet or you raise and if he re raises you just assume 3 of a kind simple
