You’re the best Asylum lawyer out there giving value❤.💪 My question: Can you visit a neighboring country when you already get Asylum but waiting for a green card? Thank you 😊

My wife and I were granted asylum five years ago, but I did not apply for a green card until several months ago. They sent me a request for medical examinations I693, and I sent it to them. I am still waiting for their response. But do I have the right to apply for citizenship, knowing that I have been living in America for six years, or do I have to wait another four years after I get the green card?

Please answer my question. I have been in us for one year legally with f1 visa. I converted from islam to christianity. I do not have any court appointment specific date. As you know There are two groups of people who come to the U.S.: those who come legally, like me, and those who come illegally. Legal immigrants often have to wait for years for their asylum interview, with no specific timeline. On the other hand, illegal immigrants tend to have court appointments with specific dates, and many of them head to California because it has the highest acceptance rate for asylum cases. My concern is that I don’t know when my interview will take place or which state I should move to that would minimize the risk for my case. I want to be accepted through the interview process, so I need to be in a state with a high acceptance rate. However, Los Angeles is very expensive and has limited job opportunities. I’m unsure what my best course of action should be. I would be thankful response to mu concern.

Brian I have been warned to leave my community or face beaten and hot water was poured on my belly just because the people perceived me as a gay because my friend is a known gay. I fear they will harm me due to similar things happen in my country. Can I use this to apply for asylum
