Chihuahuas are fierce! We have one who looks very similar to Porter and she takes no shit from no one. As a puppy she floored the big pitbulls and stole their food. They may be small but they are very courageous.

Chihuahuas are fierce! I believe it is due to the fact that they are so small in such a huge world! Honestly, The best way, for her to learn not to do that is for him to tell her. Imagine being that small and having a huge foot like that hit you in the face. Mae Bear might consider herself to be a chihuahua and not realize how big she is. We had a German shepherd and a Maltese and the shepherd never did figure out that he wasn't a Maltese. He would try to lay under the coffee table with her, and then when she would stand up, so would he and the whole coffee table would go topsy turvy, and we would all be grabbing stuff.

He used to be very hand shy with people. But these days he's mostly pretty relaxed about hands. He's basically trying to tell her when she's going too far for him. He will also bite her when he's done playing and she won't leave him alone.
