Awesome work! You should 3D scan the bumper ends when it's all done so you can print a full form block for future work

That’s a great idea! 🤝🏻 Cheers!

I’m loving the new upload times.. coincides with my Saturday morning. You’re a true master Ryan, that’s looking so good. It continues to blow my mind what you can do with steel.

I put two 90 degree bends, in two different directions on the end of my filler rod so when you drop it, it's easy to pick up

This is why some people bend the end of their rod over. You can spin it on the ground and pick it up by the little tail.

Personally I just use old tig electrodes that I've sheared into lengths for my scriber. At the end of the day it's tungsten which is what you for scribing.

26:00 You are definitely a BAD ASS . I have a 86 911 And had it converted to widebody by HUNG OWENER OF 10 Q Coach Conversion in Pomona California. Who got a write up in excellence magazine years ago. And he could only do a fiberglass bumper widebody connector to rear quarter and front fenders. And to this day I been waiting for someone to do in metal what you have done . Your amazing at your craft. I only hope your going to set up a jig to fabricate more for other . I can only hope . I'll gladly pay your price .

I always bend one end of the filler rod so I can roll it and pick it up off the floor.

Honestlt these videos makes me question my ability to do bodywork. We have no power at all in fabricating here compared to you guys. Back when i started out i didnt care about fabrication, but man.. seeing what you do makes me want to learn it. Massive skills 😊

I might be wrong, but is that a thumbnail die on your planishing hammer? Isn't that used for shrinking? Seems like you were stretching with it.

How many hours would you charge from that one side? And.... Maybe how much per hour is the avg experience welder like you charge in the area? Sorry trying to ask how much you charge without being rude...
