I just noticed something, in the early days, he gave quote a bio saying that he lacks decent combat skills but in this video, He was able to kill 6 people. Sure, I imagine, but it'd still be a cheap knockoff Superman. Quote can't make things more "powerful" than himself, he just messes with the qualities, rapid-fire, to make something that works good at the moment. That's why he loves bob-ombs! Their only job is to blow up, so he dish'em out quick without them losing their effectiveness (all of Quote's clones share a limited pool of intelligence, so fighters quickly become too dumb and sloppy to be useful if he mass-produces them). I've never seen Quote make a character to win a fight for him, only to distract the opponent long enough to set up a trap.
