I am just going to reply to both of you like this, before leaving. Stop projecting your L views on others, and take a long look in the mirror (I know, that will not be a pleasant sight for you two). Rillaboom is a terrible designed starter from the gameplay perspective. A high attack and relative tanky starter, with grassy terrain access and (not sure if still the case) the highest damage priority move that also includes stab. It's not a well designed starter from that perspective. It breaks the competitive scene, which is the leading meassurement for that. Hence, terribly designed and only beaten in that aspect by Incin.

The turn Wish is used, the user will make a wish. At the end of the next turn, the Pokémon in the user's current position will be healed by a certain amount of HP. Wish can still be used even if the user's HP is full, but it will do nothing if the Pokémon that should be healed has full HP.
