Sachin don't you think this situation is arising in our niche because now everyone wants to be a graphic designer even when they dont know things and not even interested but only because some random youtubers making videos on learn designing (they too don't understand what real designing is). And because of this marketing is too Saturated that in 30 minutes of job posting there 80-90 applications already submitted and the employers don't really understand what quality designs are and how they are important for their brand, and go to choose the ones with less salary expectations. And the situations arise that people want to work for free to just get testimonials because job to cheap designers le jare and freelancing me already bhot bheed hai. What do you want to say on this?

Everyone wants to become a graphic designer, many of them become graphic designers, then some of them become good graphic designers and then only few of them are great designers (who use this 🧠 thing while designing) Conclusion - there's no competition, work hard on your own skills, try to beat your past version...✨🙌🏻
