Nevers factory : naked and corrugated PEX & PE-RT pipes

Discover our Nevers factory, which designs and manufactures PEX, PE-RT pipes and sheaths for the Aalberts hydronic flow control group.
The site's latest investment is the production line for the new 5-layer PentaPipe Comap for sanitary and heating applications.
Thanks to its Anti-Oxygen Barrier (AOB), the presence of oxygen, which can cause the development of micro-organisms that can lead to accelerated sludge in the network, is avoided. Its flexibility and lightness make it easy to install.
The characteristics of this new pipe make it ideal for sanitary and heating installations, particularly in low-temperature underfloor heating systems.
Its smooth internal surface reduces noise, prevents scale build-up and ensures minimum pressure loss.
PentaPipe is manufactured in France at our Nevers plant in compliance with NF EN ISO 15875 standards, is NF 545 and ACS certified, and carries a 15-year warranty.
