Hi, Super build, but as an rc hot tub engineer I have loads of questions. What is the heat loss like through concrete or did you add some insulation into the mix. It seems you have 3" pipe going to all outlets. Why not step it down to 1" to fit standard hot tub jets. It would increase the pressure greatly ( at least to what is available at commercially made tubs.)

Very late reply, but it looks like they put 2” foam down almost from the beginning, I’d assume that would be adequate insulation?

I’d be concerned with burying the piping directly in the concrete, if anything ever needs replacing, that’s a big headache. Also @trevorbest5715, decreasing pipe diameter reduces pressure while increasing velocity.
