@charlotteprout-jones7257 the state where you feel everything is possible, I've been there. It scared me. I am sure it's because it was my first time. There is this inward knowledge and feeling of complete ownership when you get there. You know everything belongs to you. You forget about who you are and just feeling this endless pool of joy and love. A mixture of good feelings I would say but I can only classify it with joy and happiness. I can't explain it better with word but it's true. Last year when I was practicing Neville's teaching, I saw a baby we didn't communicate verbally but I k ew he was my son. A feeling of love started growing in my chest and spreading to th rest of my body and woke up and the feeling was still there for half an hour. If I concentrate on that feeling it comes back.
